AMARI Flavors · Uptown Tulum
Slow-cooked birria, Korean fried chicken, fresh aguachile and frozen AMARITAS — the jungle kitchen two doors down from Luxury Jungle VIBE.
Stay at Luxury Jungle VIBE and your kitchen problem is solved: Cidro, the restaurant of the AMARI community, sits two doors from the villa. Roll out of the pool, walk thirty seconds, and someone hands you chilaquiles.
The kitchen runs from slow Mexican classics — birria simmered for five hours, achiote chicken tacos, aguachile bright with lime and salsa macha — to Korean fried chicken, Angus burgers and proper Mexico City tortas. Mornings mean fresh smoothies and green juice; evenings mean frozen AMARITAS under the jungle canopy.
Prices below are shown in Mexican pesos with approximate US dollars, so you always know exactly what dinner costs before you sit down.
